This simulation was originally created as a school project. I've since done some modifications to seperate out the classses and button functions into their own py files and uploaded it onto github. To look at the code itself, please go here. To explain the colors, black dots are healthy people, red dots are infected people, blue dots are recovered people, and yellow are germs. There are several options to change te simulation such as if the room has ventilation, if the ventilation filters out the germs or dumps them back in the room, whether the dots attempt to social distance, and whether recovered dots can eventually be reinfected. There are also many settings that can be changed at the top of the code before the simulation is ran such as how many droplets are produced, how long they last, etc.
